As a recognized Swiss certified privacy professional (CIPP/E), he advises and assists companies by offering practical solutions, training and conferences, particularly in relation to data protection compliance under Swiss laws (DPA), European (GDPR) and other ex-US privacy laws and cross-border projects. He negotiates and drafts contracts for SMEs and small multinationals. Academic activities
Lecturer, University of Geneva, Faculty of medicine
Lecturer and coordinator (MAS/DAS) of a module in the Master of Advanced Studies “Drug Discovery and Clinical Development“. My lecture focuses on medical software, clinical investigation and market access under the Medical device directive and the new Regulation (EU) 2016/745 on medical devices (MDR – Medical Device Regulation).
Target audience: post-graduates students, including physicians, biologists, pharmacists, nurses, biochemists and other healthcare professionals involved and willing to acquire strong skills and deeper knowledge in the field of drug discovery and clinical development. This module is specific to medical devices.
Lecturer, He-Arc | Bachelor degree law and Economics in management school (Neuchatel)
Lecturer at the He-Arc Neuchâtel for students aiming for Bachelor in law & economics. My two lectures comprises each time 4 hours on:
- New technologies applied to the healthcare sector
- Data ethics and new technologies: fundamental rights in a data economy
Target audience : Bachelor in law and economics. The student will master the basics of Swiss and international medical law and health legislation, as well as the main tools and reflexes from a legal point of view in order to understand the key issues of new technologies applied in the field of health.
